3. Warranty Conditions

Cases Eligible for Warranty:

Repairing defects or technical issues originating from the manufacturer.

The product is within the warranty period specified by the manufacturer and the equipment.

Possession of the Manufacturer’s Warranty Certificate/Seal or the distributor’s documentation.

Presentation of the Ichi Vina Purchase Invoice.

Technical issues covered by the manufacturer’s regulations.

Cases Not Eligible for Warranty:

The product was not purchased from Ichi Vina.

Serial numbers on the product and the Warranty Certificate do not match or cannot be identified for any reason.

Damage caused by improper use, not following the manufacturer’s instructions.

Damage caused by rodents or insects, or incidents such as fire, natural disasters.

Unauthorized disassembly or repair by individuals or technicians without Ichi Vina’s authorization.
